I saw a movie with a woman living in an old fire house and ever since then i thought it was the coolest thing ever. if i were a developer i would look into this especially because of its proximity to DYC that and its a cool thing to have in/ near allentown (i'm not quite sure of the border). I would do it but that might be just me.

Can commercial be made residential? (I'm thinking I'd like to live there!)
