Might as well start work on another project now, cause these will sell in about 3 seconds!

I had the opportunity to see the plans early this summer. Great layouts - the rotundas are truly unique. These guys should be wildly successful in no time.

Great news! I feel there is a blitzkrieg of positive development really creeping its way west of Richmond. The Cottage District has really come a long way in just the past few years. I hope continued residential stabilization of this particular neighborhood will help Connecticut st. come back with a vengeance.

Astonishing! that rotunda is a brilliant upscale touch and DITTO to what Bizzles said (above).
There is no doubt that the diagonal streets connecting Porter to Richmond are getting hot! Several properties on Jersey (near Grover Cleveland HS, of all places) have been rehabbed this summer and there are at least 2 GB&B signs in that area. A house that backs up to York (at the West Ave end) just sold for a sizeable amount and the apartment building/mansion combo on Porter seems to be in progress already. Can't wait to read the "part 2 " of this story WCP!

Very slowly developers are filling the overwhelming demand for the mid 100k-200k condo market. I bet we will see more of these micro conversions of 2-10 units in the near future!!!!

Wonderful conversion. Cheers to the developers! Close enough to Richmond to take advantage of the Delaware District, far enough into the 'hood to help make a difference.

Great design, love the rotunda! Great Location and an even better price range.
