I agree with MJWorthington regarding the income guidlines but I would not limit the areas - (for example the home I would be interested in is on the West Side and not the Lower West Side).

Announcement: Schedule for 2007 Thursday at the Square
I am very disappionted with the schedule- no classical, no latin, no blues bands. I know the schedule can't please everyone but lets have a little diversity.
