    But safe IS downtown right now, especially along the Pedestrian Mall that has NO SECURITY at all???? It is sometimes nerve racking to walk down there and all you see are groups of beggers, bad ass kids, and mentally ill people left alone to scream …

    Again, another comment of "GET LOST" yeah, isn't that what so many people have done in just this past decade alone? Can't wait till this town is so small it will have to be called the 'Village of Buffalo" again.
