- Hi everyone! We are EDU 416, a Literacy class at Buffalo State College. Our class is made up of future teachers learning how to incorporate reading into our daily lesson plans. Buffalo Rising is the perfect venue for such an endeavor because it can increase reading and at the same time foster a civic concern for local issues. We’ve sampled products from local entrepreneur, White Cow Dairy, and then formulated a comment in order to share this product with others. This particular Lesson Plan is the brain child of Rachel Glurich A.K.A. xmissanthropic.
