Is there anyway we could enact a program of tax reductions to the sale of existing homes? If we could it would might have an effect on the thining of the City's population, and it could bring perhaps attract younger families.

FYI: the school of architecture is on the City's South Campus, in beautiful old buildings, don't know if that move makes sense, but moving the law school downtown certainly does. The only unanticipated problem is the way curriculum is intertwined…
