What's up!?!? I'm just like most people on this site, I have a great interest in Buffalo and the WNY region as a whole. I try not to be an armchair anything and i hate pessimism about Buffalo development. Even if its valid and relevant, once its verbalized it's like a virus.

    more than that trooper....there's tifft, the gardens, the park where certainteed went, all that rail....the only thing left is that park on the river that was announced to be developed. That's it...unless I'm missing something?

    so its the onion for buffalo?!? wonderful. awesome. swell. i was just thinking this city needed something like this to keep it's spirits soaring. i'm one for a laugh so i'll likely check it out, it's just sad it exists.

    So you sign a contract locking you into doing the work and then when what you were planning on to keep your project cheap doesn't happen you want to renegotiate!? Yikes. Talk about stones!! How about you have some foresight before you provide a bid…

    I have faith, that even by some miraculous event there was money for a new stadium, the community would realize that having it on the waterfront would be the worst possible use of that land. TRUE there is nothing there now...and it has been planned…
