Biography
I moved to Buffalo in March of 2002 and into the "hood" near pine hill. I lived there until I learned the city and neighborhoods. It was a good introduction to Buffalo thanks to the neighbors upstairs and my landlord. I loved Parkside and Allentown and those were my targeted home sites. In September of 2003 I bought my house in Allentown, Arlington Park. I absolutely love my house and have been working on it for almost 4 years and chose to move to NH to help out my parents. I retired (way early) thanks to Ford and a buy out. So in the winter of 2006 I moved to NH. I still own my house and intend to move back in a year or so once things are caught up in NH. I'm in the process of setting up the house for my return. The property values have gone up enough for me to refinance and restore the carriage house and get some work finished on the main house. That's about it for now.

Interests:
I love old houses, go figure. I'm all about having good times with good friends. I like gardening although my yard doesn't look as manicured as it was. I like to do just about everything if I have a sidekick to do them with. Right now a lot of effort is being taken up to get things ready for the rehab, mainly the city hall "stuff."
Favorite Movies:
Oldies, action, sci-fi. No slice them and dice them horror flicks.
Favorite Music:
I do walk down to Nietzsche's quite a bit. That says a bit about my musical tastes. Um and beer tastes!
Favorite Books:
Ugh enough for now.

That would be a great idea but I think Buffalo's map would be quite crowded. Perhaps separate it into a couple maps. One for eateries alone would be pretty crowded. A historical one? Museums and art galleries? Architectural gems? Cater to the…

I bought my house in Allentown a few years ago and with in two weeks I had violations in my mailbox. I called city hall for several days trying to find out what this was all about and the inspector didn’t answer (his voice mail was full.) I fin…

First off I have no sympathy for someone that purchases a property without doing their homework, crossing their t's and dotting their i's. I would like to turn my single (3,500 sq. ft.) back into a double but it's prohibitive to go through the cit…
