Hi, I'm a former buffalonian living in the state capitol for the last 7 years going on 8. I was born and raised in buffalo and have a passion for thie town. BFLO has so much potential, has been needlessly maligned, and I think it has been turning around in the last 5 or so years to the degree that we are now seeing positive results of decisions made years ago, from the queen city masterplan to private investments made in recent years to progress on the waterfront and the promise of the medical campus.

    I think it's politics at it's "finest". If the proposal stands as is, and mr. ciminelli or mr. Hamister are reading this, don't despair, perhaps Canalside is a better venue for your gem of a project.

    the ciminelli proposal is by far the better one, design-wise. It's far more contemporary and and less suburban than the pitts proposal, what is the common council thinking?
