    Slow news day? The BPD is a disgrace, and EVERYONE knows it. Just 2 nights ago, I watched as a young man driving down Richmond Ave broke the axle on his car, the entire front end of the car was on the ground, blocking almost 1 1/2 lanes of traffic.…

    people who ate at that kfc were/are the same folks who clog the childrens ER on a daily basis for minor, non life threatening illnesses that should be dealt with by a general practioner, not an institution like childrens and CERTAINLY not in the ER…
