This follows 19 years as a capital project manager with State Division of Housing, handling 225 projects, including 57 in the City of Buffalo. Recent projects include - Cornerstone Manor, Is Lofts, Lakeview III, Elmwood Square, Artspace & St. John Townhomes. Executive Director of neighborhood-based not-for-profit in the 1980's - acquiring, rehabbing & reselling vacant houses. Attorney (dormant real estate practice) and part-time instructor at UB in Urban Development. Current president of Rental Assistance Corporation of Buffalo.

- Swimming & sailing in the summer. Skating & skiing in the winter. Finding time to work on my second major house restoration; the first - a long vacant property on Lafayette near Main - took 5 years & $150k, & sold 20 years later for $60k - clear evidence that my interests have never included "common business sense 101."
