Hypnotic Vibe Sessions @ The Pheasant
Believe it or not, this is a photo of the recently restored Royal Pheasant Supper Club. For those of you that have not had the opportunity to check this place out, I highly recommend it. The Pheasant has been pulling in some of the best musicians around, including John Lombardo on Tuesdays and Geno McManus on Sundays. And if you are a fan of acid jazz and improv groove, then you can't beat Thursday nights with The Waz, Joe Rozler, and Eric Crittenden. These hypnotic vibe sessions start at 10pm. So if you are lookin' for some good food and drinks and want to wash them down with some chill sounds, then The Pheasant is the place you have been looking for.

My Favorite Buildings
This house on Richmond Avenue is very unusual for Buffalo. It stands out among its wooden neighbors not only in material but also in detail and form. Buffalo is overwhelmingly constructed of wood with brick coming in a distant second as a material. Stone houses are very rare. Also rare is the Palazzo styling and shape of this house. The Wait is Almost Over - BR's New Site
As we mentioned in our previous post, we’re in the process of changing the Buffalo Rising site. We’re almost there as we expect to launch the new site on Friday, December 19th.
